Our company is involved in all fields of law and has a proud record. We are engaged in corporate and commercial and have a portfolio of high profile clients. In consultation with our clients we develop a system to meet our clients needs optimally and we are particularly interested to provide quick solutions to problems.
We are technologically adapted to the requirements of modern businesses and use only the latest computer technology. We use deeds programs supplied by KORBITECH LAWYERS ACCESS WEB, and our accounting program is supplied by AJS. We are also linked to the Internet and do receive instructions on-line.
We currently have four conveyancers in our service supported by sixteen qualified paralegals (deeds practice). Our clients include Developers, Estate Agents, Bond Originators, Financial Institutions (ABSA BANK, NEDBANK, STANDARD BANK, RAND MERCHANT BANK and FIRST RAND BANK) and the City Council of Tshwane.
We also have a large litigation and estate planning division.
Our philosophy is to be available to our clients when and where they desire. You will notice that we have offices in PRETORIA, CENTURION and MENLYN. Our offices are also open on Saturdays.
