The ground floor has two bedrooms, a twin and a double which share a bathroom with a toilet, basin, and shower. Open plan kitchen with clean finishes, a cozy lounge, and dining area has sliding door access onto the private patio with sheltered seating and built-in braai.

The patio overlooks an expansive landscaped communal garden, swimming pool, games room, and large canal frontage. The unit has access to a communal slipway and has its own jetty.
