Entering the property via the automated gate or pedestrian gate you are welcomed into an enclosed garden with decking and a large swimming pool. The home is split between three levels. The ground floor has an entertainment room for the children which has a television, seating area, and pool table. You can access this room by a door on the outside or via a staircase from within the house.
Accessing the property via the front door, you walk into the beautiful, commodious, open-plan living area. Designer kitchen with centre island seating, scullery to the back with door leading to a courtyard. The large formal lounge and dining area with a bar counter and bar fridge have large stacking glass doors to the deck, pool, and sheltered braai area. The large stacking glass doors fully open out that gives an impressive flow from both inside and out allowing the two areas to become one. On a windy day, you can leave open the stacking glass door that divides the dining area and outdoor braai area as this area is completely sheltered.
