It is centrally located - close to UJ and Wits, as well as the Helen Joseph, Milpark and Garden City Hospitals. Lock-up parking for one vehicle per room, power an uninterrupted mix of solar and Escom - fast uncapped wifi and the use of a splendid lapa as well as a lush garden overlooking the Melville Koppies is part of the deal. Common kitchen facilities and a lounge are shared with housemates. The aircon in the room can be utilized at a monthly rate, which is calculated to accommodate extra use of electricity. There are however fans and wall mounted heaters in the room as well.
The unit for rent is the extremely spacious main bedroom in the house, with en-suite bathroom (shower and bath), desk, barfridge, large wardrobe and ample further packing space. There is enough further room to bring in eg. an extra cupboard or bookshelf. Through huge North facing windows and from the shared balcony the Melville Koppies are constantly in view . Bedding, towels and curtains are included and the room is serviced twice a week, with clean linen and towels once a week.
