Next to the retail centre of Phase 1 and 2, is the original development consisting of warehouse/workshop units.

The unit currently available is 300m2, but can be divided into 2 units each 150m2 and that also give us a lower rental price. The units has large glass doors and a roller shutter door. Not ideal for large trucks.
