Shortterm rental options are also available so it will be ideal for someone going through a divorce or someone starting out new in the city. You need only move in with your own clothes and toiletries.

The linen, towels, toiletpaper and cleaning materials are included in the rental amount with a domestic worker coming on selected days to clean the house and do the laundry. There are also gardening services coming in once a week. Some of the features of the house include a reading corner at a large relaxing Koi pond, uncapped high speed WiFi, access to Netflix/Disney+/Amazon Prime in the tv room, a baby grand piano right next to a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, airfryer, designer kettle etc. There is also a rooftop entertainment area looking out across the Menlyn skyline with a gas braai. The rooms are not suitable for couples as tenants and unfortunately no pets are allowed.
