It has all the essentials, so all you need to bring are your suitcases and braai wood. The studio features a communal patio with a portable braai, and you can relax indoors with amenities like DSTV and Fiber. The kitchenette includes a little gas stove, microwave, hot plate, hot air fryer, and fridge.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light and provide seamless flow to the bedroom. The studio has one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower. For added convenience, off-street parking in front of the home, a wheelchair-friendly ramp, and a private entrance to the studio. In case of load-shedding, the studio has a backup power system to ensure essential amenities are still operational.
