As a double-story home, it is perfectly designed for entertaining friends and family. The upstairs area is filled with light through stacking doors, which lead to two decks boasting magnificent mountain and sea views. The two downstairs rooms share a full bathroom.

For parking, vehicles can be accommodated in the double garage, and there''s extra parking space behind the gate in the driveway for two more vehicles and a trailer. The home is equipped with an alarm system, providing added security and peace of mind.
