Garden Cottage. Nestled behind the main house is this sunny garden cottage which is furnished and suitable for a single person. Water, electricity (for one person) and wifi are included in the rental plus a weekly cleaning and linen change.

The layout of the cottage is linear, the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all next to each other (with 2 doors to the patio). Parking is on the curb (not behind a gate) - there has never been security problems. The cottage is accessible through an electronic gate and walking passed the side of the main house, through a small gate, to the courtyard. There are four steps to the cottage''s entrance, therefore the property is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Note that the cottage is not suitable for pets or children.

Single and professional people with sober habits and sound financial records are welcome to apply.

Once the lease agreement is signed, a refundable security of R7,300 is payable along with a once-off R1,500 contract fee.
