How has Midstream developed over the last five years?

When looking at an overview of the past five years, Midstream developed into a sought-after suburb where the community now stands at approximately 5,000 families who love and enjoy the peaceful lifestyle offered within Midstream. It has become evident that people who live in Midstream do repeat investments by up- or downgrading within the estates, thereby ensuring a healthy growth in this popular suburb. The Midstream Estates gave birth to three new estates namely Midstream Hill, Midstream Ridge and Midstream Meadows.

What attracts buyers to the area?

The development covers 1,300ha and is conveniently situated between Pretoria and Joburg with easy access to major highways. The estate security is top class and includes a 2,5m high electrified fence, CCTV, biometric access, and 24/7 patrols. Midstream commenced in 2001 and consists of five individual estates with prices ranging from R2,2m to R16m. The area has various office parks, shopping centres and a retirement village. What do you love about Midstream Estate?

Midstream Estate is a unique residential estate conveniently close to the N1 and R21 freeways with a shuttle running at regular intervals to Gautrain Centurion station. It can be described as a safe haven with its own infrastructure including amenities such as a Spar and Sasol filling station, and educational facilities such as a nursery, pre-primary, primary and high schools. The estate caters for the single person to people in frail care. Nobody is left behind. All properties in this estate were built in the last 12 years and range from R1,8m to R10m in Midstream Estate. The security model is graded AAA.
