It’s been just over a year since our winners Brad & Abiah won the title of Win A Home’s Best Emerging Designers and it’s finally time for Season 5 to hit your screens!
This Thursday at 7:30PM on SABC 3 we invite you, to take a glimpse at the stunning Paardevlei Lifestyle Estate in Somerset West where our three dynamic Design Duos will be challenged to transform a white-box apartment into a masterpiece in just thirteen weeks!
You’ll meet our three Design Duo teams:
Rekopile & Koketso – Team R&K
Kehumile & Nicholas – Team Contrast Control
Melissa & Sinead – Team Perma Peeps
You’ll also meet our this years team of industry expert judges:
First we have Bryan Courtney who is the Chief Marketing Officer at Private Property. Next up we have Steve Brookes, the CEO & Executive Director at Balwin Properties and lastly we have Buhle Mathole who is the Company Director at Kabu Design Architects.
We will also introduce this season’s clients. These “clients” are industry leaders from three established and popular lifestyle, home and interior design magazines and will help direct the design briefs for each apartment.
Our first magazine client is Sumien Brink, editor in chief for VISI magazine, who will be the “client” that Team R&K will be creating their masterpiece home for. Debbie Loots, editor at REAL | Life magazine, will be the “client” of Team Perma Peeps and Kelebogile Nondzaba, editor at SA Home Owner magazine, will be the “client” for Team Contrast Control.
Of course, that’s not all. Each week you will stand a chance of winning incredible weekly prizes! By entering the weekly prize competitions, you will also be entered into the Win a Home Grand Prize draw for a furnished, designer penthouse apartment at Paardevlei Lifestyle Estate in Somerset West valued at R3 million!
