527 m² Commercial space in Waterfall Estate

The Waterfall City philosophy, which emphasizes excellent architectural design, sustainability, and environmental consciousness, is personified in the Allandale building. The building design uses planted berms and grand staircases to take up the significant slope across the site, creating walkways and natural entrances to buildings in the process. The building is directly facing Allandale Road, with direct pedestrian access from Magwa Crescent.

The structure consists of four storeys of offices above ground and three basement parking levels. This multi-client building is planned with changeable floor plates measuring 4 000m2, connected by a central atrium. The design emphasizes flexibility and customization.
