Termination Costs:

- Office Restoration/exit fees Upon Termination (mandatory): R150 per sqm x number of sqm

- Notice to terminate is required: either 90 days prior to agreement end date. (If on a long term

agreement longer than 6 months) or a Calendar months notice if you are on a month to month

agreement (less than 6 months)

- Please note that we require 2 x months deposit as well as the first months rent including VAT upfront in order to allow you access to your office.

- All prices quoted above are excluding VAT at 14%.
