The house has been divided into 2 parts. The granny flat is a very neat cosy house with a beautiful kitchen, living room and an on-suit bathroom. Outside one can enjoy a coffee on the veranda.

The main part of the farm is 282ha. It consists of perennial and annual pastures with a small area used for maize planted for livestock. The rainfall is between 500-700mm per year but has been much higher the last couple of years. The rest of the farm is 60ha veld for grazing.
