Store 1:

A store is situated about 100 meter from the main building with 2x steel door (roll doors) with washing facilities shower(2), wash basins and toilet (donkey for hot water).

Store 2:

A second store facility 300m from main building.

Electricity is provided by Eskom. (3 Phase)

Water to houses and other facilities is provided from a borehole (1) with an electric pump which fills the (2)5000 liter Zozo tanks automatically when levels come down.

Water rights from river is unlimited

The area is watered out the river with an electric water pump controlled from main building.

There is also a launching area on the premises for a big boat.

Workers house

A worker house with 2x rooms and kitchen as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.
