21.4 ha Land available in Mnandi AH

This beautiful land amounts to a size of 21.4132 hectare and is situated close to Copperleaf Golf Estate. Since 2005 various studies was done, all with positive results. The studies include, but is not limited to the following:

- noise impact studies

- traffic impact studies

- geological investigations

- environmental impact studies

Some studies needs to be updated from time to time, if the development has not been completed.

Consent was also obtained from a mineral right holder from the adjacent property owner to proceed with the development of a township and there is no other mineral rights on the land to prevent land development. Gautrans also issued a letter of no objetion, subjet to the usual conditions. Stormwater will be disbursed to the the west of the property, and the current owner have a contract with the adjacent owner for a service servitude.

Water is available to the east of the development. Eskom power is also available, since 2011, and a new quote can be obtained from Eskom.

The current owner originally planned to built 435 units on this land, but more units can be done.
