On the market we have a two bedroom unit with decent size rooms. Both rooms are fitted with build in cupboards and carpets.

Unfortunately there is only one full bathroom in the unit.

It is an open plan kitchen lounge area that goes out on a big balcony. On the balcony there is sufficient space to fit a table and chairs, it can be either a 4 or 6 seater. The balcony overlooks the very well maintained garden.

The front door is secured with a trelli door. Coming up the stairs you have a landing between the two units overlooking the parking area.

There is a drying yard at the bottom of the complex and refuse area in the front and sufficient space for the kids to play.

The guard is 24/7 on duty and this makes the complex a very secure complex.
