Also perfect to be used as a man cave, hobby room, teenager lounge or additional storage area.

Turning left at the main entrance hall and up a few steps are beautiful stained-glass windows and skylights. It leads to the other bedrooms and bathrooms in the home, also two linen cupboards. The modern family bathroom is first with a shower, vanity, toilet and spa bath.

The main bedroom will be your private haven and a retreat to return to. Showering under a light and bright skylight your daily me-time for relaxation and rejuvenation. Apart from that, plenty of built-in cupboards (both in the room and bathroom) and an aircon in the bedroom. The bathroom also includes a vanity, bath and toilet.

Just outside the Cottage is a fire pit and a large undercover verandah attached to a wooden wendy hut. Down a few steps is the tennis court (requires re-surfacing or great space to build a second cottage with its own garden or even a third cottage if you want the extra rental income or have an extended family). Plenty of open parking available but also easy to add a double carport or two if required. You can also convert the cottage bedroom back to a double garage and still have a decent size bachelor flat.
