Well built up in the area it must be that the beach s close by and it has tar road access all the way to your door.

There is a lot of bush on this one so I can only see down the sides of the neighbour property, the right side seem higher up than the left side but with all the trees you can hardly see inside. Close to the beach with two access routes to get there. Houses built at the back, so seems like a safe area, good fishing spots two roads to the sea from here.
