The lands

The center pivots are 40ha, 40ha and 30 ha totaling 110ha.

There is a further 12ha under overhead irrigations and 12ha with detachable sprayers.

Irrigation

Water is irrigated from the Crocodile River into a holding dam with a submersible pump.

There is also a backup river pump that can be installed.

All the irrigation is then managed from a pump house with very neat and well installed, temperature regulated control room.

There are 3 Eskom transformers on the farm backed up with two generators.

The drinking water to the house is pumped from a borehole equipped with a submersible pump.

Housing

There is a 3-bedroom house with kitchen, lounge and bathrooms.

There are 2 workers houses.
