This river stand with mountain views is situated on the farm Hoedspruit in Modilto Estate.

The conservancy is home to a wide variety of plain game and big game including lion, elephant, wild dog and hyena.

There is around 110km of roads for access to homeowners and for game viewing.

The reserve has two dry riverbeds that run through it and this provides perfect conditions for large bushveld trees, excellent game viewing and bird watching.

Moditlo Estate is located 16.5km from Hoedspruit, on the R40. It''s a large estate measuring 3300ha at the base of the majestic Klein Drakensberg range.

The Blue Canyon reserve borders the estate where animals can traverse freely.

Borehole water & Eskom supply the estate.

It has several seasonal rivers/ streams meandering through the many one-hectare stands that are filled with trees and bush of many varieties offering beauty & tranquility.

The Eastgate airport is 10km away.

There are two lodges within the estate for visitors.
