This 6 sleeper cottage is build on a slightly elevated stand with a distant view of the Kruger Park.

Downstairs offers a small kitchen with built-in cupboards. The scullery provides room for the fridge and washing machine.

Lounge-dining area walks out onto the stoep where there is a built-in braai and a splash pool.

(The pool pump and filter are not fitted but will be provided).

Upstairs loft provide sleeping space for 4 people and there is a shower bathroom conveniently added. The aircon is also placed up here which helps the cool air to blow upstairs and down.

The catwalk leads to the deck - overlooking the cemented entertainment area and the open stands which the neighbour consolidated to keep the bush.

At the side of the house a covered parking garage provides shade for the vehicle.

The property is not close to the river but well on the way there - occasionally one can hear the hippo''s play.
