This 1968 ha. well developed irrigation and Live stock farm with an above average infrastructure and some good grazing is located on the banks of the Harts River nearby Spitskop dam in the Barkly West Rural area in the Northern Cape, with a fairly level topography, sloping only slightly towards the river. These irrigation farms are normally lower risk investments compared to most other farms and is regarded as acceptable security for financing purposes.
