3 Bed House in Sandy Point

195 beach road
3 3.5 411 m² 225

This is modern 2nd row house just a mere 40m from the beach. This house offers everthing you need to just move in and enjoy the coastal life in St Helena Bay.

At night when day life has settled you should hear the crashing of the waves and during the day you enjoy the seagulls and cormorants flying over the Atlantic keeping the watchful human eye busy with their entertainment. Besides the sealife of dolphins and whales that swim around in season, the Kiewiets surely make themselves known to protect their eggs or chicks and on rare occassions we are lucky to see small buck in the estate.

During the weekday the estate is guarded at the gate to check-in contractors and guests, afterhours, the homeowner is responsible to open the gate via cellphone. The estate is not a security estate as the beaches are open to the public, but it does control unknown traffic just entering with vechiles which does give a sense of security. The security patrols randomly at night is a bonus. The security forms part of the low levies payable, but it would be advisable to join a security company for extra peace of mind. Adding to this, the house includes an alarm system.

This house stands out with it''s unique design of plenty windows allowing loads of sunlight into the house. Rather than having 90degree passage corners, it has been graced with rounded walls.

The ceiling above the centre island provided a double ceiling effect to illuminate a warm and comfortable light and all undercounters have LED lights installed.

A great kitchen with gas hob, and sperate scullery with ample packing space would keep the happy chef in in all its glory.

The study is on the landing overlooking the large open living space, so even if you are working, you can still enjoy family / entertainment life with the rest of the household.

There are 3 bedrooms all with en-suite and beautiful illuminated bathroom mirros, giving the house the extra final touches one requires in a bathroom. The bedrooms are all large enough to fit large beds with extra length

A tiled motorised double garage with storeroom / workroom is a plus point for this elegant house. All other floors are laminated and beautiful lights illuminate the bedrooms.

Not just one but 2 balconies are accessable from two bedrooms and this makes it perfect to unwind with a sundowner enjoying the view of Sandy Point Beach Estate. Night lights provide extra comfort on the stairs.

The property is fully walled and nothing was spared with the finishes inside. The garden has a small area with of artificial lawn and the living area as well as one bedroom has access to this section with ease.

The open living area includes a built-in braai to finish the entertainers dream.

History of St Helena Bay

St Helena Bay was discovered by Vasco da Gama who arrived in St Helena Bay in 1497. He thought that he arrived at Table Mountain. In fact, there is a small mountain called Klein Tafelberg (small table mountain) which can be seen across the Atlantic Ocean towards Elands Bay.

St Helena Bay was named by Vasco da Gama originally as Bahia de Santa Elena, after his best friend Constantine the Great religious mother.

St Helena Bay has a lovely community and one quickly becomes part of it.

It offers:-

A variety of restaurants, shops, pharmacy and GPs.

The tranquillity of St Helena Bay is addictive and you can either enjoy the sea or the hills a bit of both worlds in one little town.

Our sea life entertains us with whales, dolphins and seals.

The closest larger town is Vredenburg, 27km away, which offers a Mall, Auto dealers and a whole variety of Banks and businesses.

You cannot help but fall in love with the beautiful coastal town on the West Coast.

The West Coast is well known for its beautiful wild flowers which is seasonal in late winter / spring.

Great tourist area as there are various game farms close by as well as well as the West Coast National Park and the Fossil Museum.
