Upon entering you are welcomed by expansive and double-volume living areas. The first floor of this wonderful property has a formal lounge with ocean views and a staircase that leads down to the entertainment room.

The fully equipped kitchen has a centre island and plenty of counter space with everything you would need to feed your family and friends. The TV lounge, dining area and study have sliding door access onto the veranda.

A Staircase near the kitchen leads up to the beautiful master bedroom with captivating views of the ocean. The master suite has an open-plan bathroom to the rear of the headboard. Stairs from the kitchen/living area lead down to two single bedrooms with pull-out beds for children and a shared bathroom.

On the opposite side of the home, there is a guest toilet, and a twin and double bedroom, each having spacious en-suite bathrooms. A staircase beneath the study leads you down to the 6th bedroom, also the en-suite and laundry room.

The veranda on the first floor with elevated views of the ocean and canal has a balustrade plus an additional guardrail that slots into the deck protecting the pool entrance for those families that have small children. Stairs from the veranda and garden wind down to the canal frontage and private mooring.
