The Southern Suburbs make up some of the most popular residential areas in Cape Town. With large plots of land and roomy homes, the area attracts a fairly affluent crowd. The suburbs in the area include Rondebosch, Claremont, Plumstead, Ottery, Wynberg, Newlands, Constantia and Bishopscourt, Pinelands, Observatory, Tokai, Bergvliet, Kenilworth and Steenberg. Peaceful, quiet and leafy, the Southern Suburbs are seen by many as the perfect place to bring up children.

Durban North is an established small suburb where the people are friendly, and the surroundings are beautiful. It is a family-oriented area with many activities available. Situated between Durban central and Umhlanga, all amenities and schools are located only minutes away. The area boasts spectacular sea and city views. Although it is centrally and conveniently located, living in Durban North feels very much like living in a small town.

The Johannesburg South Neighbourhood includes the suburbs of Bassonia, Glenvista, Lenasia, Oakdene, Winchester Hills and Mulbarton. Although the area is being developed fast, Johannesburg South still retains much of its natural beauty. With the endless hills disappearing into the horizon, and many exclusive wildlife estates, one might imagine being in a nature reserve. "The South", as it is most commonly referred to by the locals, is mainly divided into two main parts - the older part on the north side of the N12, and the newer part on the south of the highway. The people of "the South" are family-orientated and active.

Upmarket Umhlanga has become the neighbourhood of choice for many who have moved North from more central areas. In Umhlanga you have the beach on your doorstep, along with malls and shopping centres just minutes away. With its top schools, great hospitals, business parks, gated estates, beachfront apartments and coffee shops, Umhlanga is convenience personified. Umhlanga offers a lifestyle for everyone, be it the happily retired, the on-the-go business person or the young and trendy student.
