With its name coming from the geothermic hot springs around which the town was built, this area is also known by the name Warmbaths. Bela-Bela offers many things to do including excellent sport and recreation, Big Five game viewing, hiking, quad bikes and much more. There are restaurants to suit every taste within the town and particularly at the Waterfront complex.

Durban Central is a diverse, colourful neighbourhood that includes the beachfront areas, the Berea, Morningside, Glenwood, Musgrave and the CBD. The beach is the biggest attraction and locals flock the promenade to cycle, run, surf, swim, fish or just catch some sun. There are also incredibly lush parks and open spaces dotted around the neighbourhod for residents to take advantage of. The nightlife in Durban Central is exciting with numerous bars, pubs, restaurants and night clubs in close proximity to each other. As its name implies, Durban Central's location makes it convenient to get to any of the other areas around Durban.

Edenvale offers residents a welcome respite from the busier areas that are close by. The former mining settlement is now a diverse suburb that attracts mainly middle class residents. Locals enjoy the quiet, comfortable lifestyle on offer but if they do crave some excitement, entertainment and amenities are a short drive away.

Jeffreys Bay caters for a diverse range of people with a multi-functional lifestyle available in this unique environment. Famous for its world-class beaches, surf shops, and arts and crafts, J-Bay (as it's called by locals) is a quaint town, perfect for surfers. However, Tsitsikamma and the surrounding areas offer sight-seeing opportunities, as well as many activities for the outdoor enthusiasts.

The Johannesburg South Neighbourhood includes the suburbs of Bassonia, Glenvista, Lenasia, Oakdene, Winchester Hills and Mulbarton. Although the area is being developed fast, Johannesburg South still retains much of its natural beauty. With the endless hills disappearing into the horizon, and many exclusive wildlife estates, one might imagine being in a nature reserve. "The South", as it is most commonly referred to by the locals, is mainly divided into two main parts - the older part on the north side of the N12, and the newer part on the south of the highway. The people of "the South" are family-orientated and active.

Milnerton is a laid back, relaxed neighbourhood that's just a 15 minute drive away from the Cape Town CBD. The area has an abundance of natural beauty with Milnerton lagoon, Woodbridge Island, Rietvlei Nature Reserve and Milnerton Beach nearby. Residents take maximum advantage of the surroundings to participate in outdoor pursuits like canoeing, surfing, stand up paddling, kite surfing and running. The area is served by a number of shopping centres including Canal Walk, Bayside Mall and the Paddocks Shopping Centre. Century City offers both residential and business opportunities.The Ratanga Junction amusement park also offers entertainment options for the whole family.

A seaside city with an artsy air. Dubbed the “Windy City”, this coastal area has world-class beaches. An outdoor-lover’s dream, the city has the Big 5 of the animal kingdom, boat cruises, museums, an oceanarium and much more. For those interested in history, Port Elizabeth proudly hosts one of the oldest surviving Settler cottages, as well as many museums.

The suburbs of Randburg offer a wide variety of neighbourhoods to suit most lifestyles and, have a mixed population of old and young residents. Property types include older homes and new developments. Diggers and Randburg Sports Club offer professional facilities for all major sporting activities, for young and old. For nightlife and entertainment, Randburg is very central. Soweto is a lot bigger than one would envision from a map, and also offers a lot more than meets the eye. Soweto has come a long way in the last 20 years, with the improved and expanded public transport infrastructure and better roads. There has been an increase and improvement on amenities like the Baragwanath hospital. The education systems have been expanded - such as the new University of Johannesburg Soweto campus. Property values have greatly increased, resulting in the area having great investment potential.

The Tableview and Blouberg neighbourhood on the Western Seaboard of Cape Town includes the suburbs of Big Bay, Blaauwberg, Bloubergrant, Parklands and Tableview. The area is vibey both day and night. During the day, life revolves around the beach with surfing, stand-up boarding, running and cycling proving popular with locals. At night the numerous pubs, clubs and restaurants buzz with activity.
