Neels & Hannetjie Coetzer served the real estate market since 1994 when they took over and existing property company and thereafter was the founders of Land Enhanced Managers (Pty) Ltd in 2002, which was instrumental in the sales of millions of Rands worth of developments and property sales in the real estate market, which is still trading as BellCo Properties today.

BellCo offers a fully comprehensive service to both prospective buyers and sellers in the residential market across all price ranges. We maintain a database of prospective buyers and sellers.

RENTALS AND ADMINISTRATION:

BellCo provides both short-term and long-term rental administration. We cater for all the needs of both the lessor and lessee and place a high premium on integrity and respect.

BellCo negotiate property developments with leading developers throughout the country. This is one of the key indicators of the company that we constantly obtaining good value for money developments that caters for the broader spectrum of the property market. BellCo offers peace of mind and a flawless administration and marketing process from date of sale until registration.

BellCo is a member of the National Association of Managing Agents and offers a Managing Agent Service to satisfy the needs of the Developer and to enhance the day-to-day administration to the benefit of the Body Corporate.
