RE/MAX Broker/Owner-Martin Potgieter Martin was admitted as an attorney in 1987 and as a notary and conveyancer in 1988. He was a partner at Rooth & Wessels Attorneys until 1994 when he purchased an Aïda franchise. He sold his shares in Aïda and returned to legal practise for his own account. In 2004 he purchased the RE/MAX Jacaranda franchise. In 2007 he sold his legal practise and devoted all his time to RE/MAX. He presently manages the commercial arm of RE/MAX Jacaranda. He furthermore involves himself with training of RE/MAX Jacaranda associates and manages Martin Potgieter Attorneys. He is assisted by Marion Visser. Marion practiced as an estate agent at RE/MAX Jacaranda and is aware of all practical issues which face an estate agent. Marion was appointed as the transaction coordinator and office manager at RE/MAX Jacaranda and liaises between BetterLife Bonds, attorneys and clients in order to facilitate a speedy and painless process.
