There is a further large 3 roomed building used at present for a cheese factory with full electrics, solar and solar gas geysers that can be easily converted into a residence to rent. The main house fully surrounded by electric fences has underfloor heating under tiles with a wood burning stove in a spacious double kitchen to warm the chilly nights. The Kitchen has a gas Smeg stove with eye level Elba electric oven. A plus is the walk-in pantry for that budding chef. A spacious dining room and lounge with jet master opens through double doors so one can entertain onto the wrap around veranda. The large main carpeted bedroom has a large modern full en-suite with full cupboards creating a changing room and doors also leading from the bedroom onto the wrap around veranda. The carpeted second bedroom with built in cupboards has an en-suite shower with toilet and third bedroom leads out onto a patio. The second house has 2 bedrooms en-suite with a study, lounge, open plan kitchen and dining room. All houses have 300L solar gas geysers. Further we have an abattoir with three rooms with full electricity and a hay storage shed with a milking parlor. Further down with mountain views we find a two-bedroom house with full kitchen and lounge and double carport that can be used as a fishing cottage or hired out for extra income. An internet provider services the area. All houses and cottages have Trellidoors and Spanish burglar bars.
