3 Bedroom House in Santareme

Enjoy the unique experience of St Francis Bay in this home-away-from-home, tailor made for families, or small groups. The space is light, airy and welcoming, with a fantastic view of fynbos and wide open skies. Take a short walk down to the rocky shore, with walkable access to the port and small beach. The main beach and shops are five minutes drive away. The house has been designed to be wheelchair accessible.

The space

The main bedroom (king size bed) and second bedroom (2 single beds) are located inside the house, each with their own en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom (double bed) has a separate entrance, and is not directly connected to the main house. There is a short 10 metre walkway to the main house. This bedroom has a step access (not wheelchair accessible). This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom as well as a coffee/tea station.

The main living area comprises of an open plan kitchen (with a separate scullery), lounge and dining room. Large sliding doors open onto the spacious patio with fynbos views, complete with a outdoor dining area, fireplace, Weber charcoal braai and comfortable couches to relax.

The house has backup solar power and rainwater storage tank with filtered drinking water for the kitchen.

Guest access

The entire house is open for your use. A single garage is available for your use. Two of the garages are not available for guest use.

The house is equipped with some games, books, baking equipment. Make yourselves at home!
