This sunny, tastefully furnished modern home on the canals has a lot to offer for the family that enjoys water sport, or just a relaxing cruise on the canal. A lovely splash pool surrounded by a wooden deck where you can laze away and relax in the sun. The outside entertainment area is under cover with a built in braai and pizza oven to entertain and enjoy the company of family and friends.
The kitchen, dining room and lounge are open plan with sliding doors that open onto a garden leading down to the canal area with a beach and jetty. There is a fire place and bar in the lounge to gather around, have drinks with friends on those cold and chilly days.
On windy days, you could make use of a very nice braai room (gas braai) while still enjoying the views.
This house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 rooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a separate guest bathroom downstairs. Sleeps 8 - 10 people comfortably, all the bedrooms have sliding doors leading out on a balcony.
