This lovely, spacious double story home, situated on an east facing canal of the Royal Alfred Marina, offers comfortable, safe and secure self-catering accommodation on the waters edge. Moore your boat, and step off your private jetty to explore the majestic Kowie River or Indian Ocean.

This home has four bedrooms in the house. Two main bedrooms upstairs, each being en suite, open onto a beautiful patio overlooking the lawn and canals. There is also a guest cloakroom with a shower on the ground floor alongside the 3rd bedroom. The home enjoys a spacious and comfortable open plan living and dining area, with newly fitted kitchen and scullery units. This whole area open via stacker doors onto the ground floor undercover patio and lawn. which in turn leads to the jetty. To the one side of the home, out of the wind if a problem, is an outdoor but undercover tiled patio, with built in braai and Weber. There is also a 2nd living/ seating area behind the two upstairs rooms. The large upstairs separate S/C flat including bedroom, bathroom ,lounge and kitchen - is also available for December holiday rental. There is an interleading door to this flat via the upstairs lounge. In summary, there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all en suite upstairs, with a 2nd kitchen and living area being part of the flat but open to the home for holiday rental.

You can fish or swim off the jetty, or utilize the Marina swimming pools, tennis courts, and squash court. The owner has erected a child proof safety fence so little kids can play on the lawn without risk of falling into the canals. This makes it a great rental for those with small children.

Linen is provided and a cleaner can be arranged on request at your expense if necessary.
