1 Bedroom Apartment in Annlin

You would receive a fully furnished, self-catering, one-bedroom apartment. We do not provide any food but in the apartment is a fridge, gas stove top (gas at own cost), microwave oven, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The lounge consists of a couch, TV, and desk. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe; we do not provide bed linen or towels. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, basin, and washing machine (the washing machine may be in the kitchen depending on the unit). Wi-Fi is included. Weekly cleaning services are available at your own cost. Covered parking is available. The swimming pool is available for tenants only. Electricity is at your own cost. The cost of the units is between R7000.00. A deposit of R5000.00 is payable asap to secure your booking. The deposit is refundable after your stay.

We are within walking distance from shops. The airport is 7.5 km away and all our students use UBER or shuttle buses from their respective schools.

The area is tranquil and we expect our tenants to always respect their fellow students. No alcohol would be allowed on the premises.
