Unfortunately no cats or dogs are allowed. There are already more pets than humans on the property.(you may have a bunny, bird or guineapig - in cage)

Freestanding neat and contained unfurnished 3 bedroom and 1 full bathroom cottage in a beautiful setting. Open plan kitchenette(with built in stove(gas hob) & lounge with a corner pub, and freestanding fireplace. This leads outside to a covered verandah with a built in braai and a pizza oven!

The cottage is tiled throughout.

All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and can fit a double bed.

Full bathroom with shower, bath, loo & basin. Gas geyser for hot water, 2 gas bottles are supplied. Monthly levy of R1000.00 is included in the rental, which covers the following expenses - water, refuse, garden upkeep, gate and electric fence, generator, maintenance & repair and Eskom monthly line fees.

Prepaid electricity meter.

Hardware for wifi installed in the cottage. Tenant to open up their own monthly account.

One covered carport per cottage.

Communal swimming pool. Preferably no kids under 12. Fun evenings on weekends are the order of the day!

18kms from Howick Lenmed Hospital. Last 3kms are on a district road. There are 5 other cottages/log cabins on the property which are tenanted already.

FICA DOCS AND CREDIT CHECKS ARE A PRE-REQUISITE, AND ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY VIEWINGS CAN TAKE PLACE.
