Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Remax. The following fees apply based on notice given:

- More than 3 months before arrival 25 of rent

- 3 to 2 months before arrival 30 of rent

- 2 to 1 month before arrival 50 of rent

- 1 month to 7 days before arrival 75 of rent

- Less than 7 days before arrival 100 of rent

The Landlord may re-rent the property after cancellation. No refunds for early departure.
