Slide open the glass doors to reveal a spacious 360 degree veranda which envelopes the home, where a cantilever balcony has been designed to hinder resident Baboons and outdoor deck chairs await your leisure. The Bedrooms:

Elegant and inviting, the 3 ensuite bedrooms offer a haven of luxury and comfort. Each room boasts a super king-size bed to ensure a restful night''s sleep. The main bedroom is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring a walk-in luxury shower with rain shower and dressing room. The second ensuite has a luxurious bath with overhead rain shower and spacious dressing room. Meanwhile, the third bedroom provides a cozy retreat, complete with a television for moments of leisure. All bathrooms, adorned with modern amenities, stand ready to pamper guests with indulgent showers and plush towels.

Downstairs Amenities:

Indulge in leisure and convenience with a thoughtfully curated downstairs space. Unwind in the cozy movie room, where plush seating and state-of-the-art entertainment await. Adjacent, discover the practicality of a fully equipped laundry area, featuring a premium SpeedQueen washing machine and tumble dryer for your utmost convenience. The Balcony:

A crowning jewel of this raised residence, built on stilts, is the expansive cantilever balcony enveloping the entire building, designed to hinder the resident baboons, offering seamless access from the living spaces, as well as the two main bedrooms via double doors. A third room, graced with a super king bed, opens onto the balcony through the living space. Here, guests can bask in the splendor of the surrounding nature reserve and majestic mountain views. While the two main bedrooms offer glimpses of the sea, all rooms overlook the enchanting fynbos garden, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and seclusion.

Guest Access:

Venture outdoors to explore a myriad of activities, from invigorating hikes and scenic cycling routes to tranquil canoeing excursions and mesmerising birdwatching expeditions. Set on a private plot with a lush Fynbos garden with the sea a gentle 400m away, the property invites guests to encounter Verreaux Eagles, playful baboons, and occasional glimpses of dolphins and Whales, showcasing the region''s rich biodiversity.

Other Things to Note:

Embrace the wonders of nature, but exercise caution as baboons occasionally roam the area, reminding visitors of the property''s close proximity to the untamed wilderness.

An Arrival and Departure Cleaning Fee applies to each booking, complemented by a twice weekly mid-stay clean with fresh linens once a week, ensuring a seamless and rejuvenating experience for all guests. Limited to 8 pax
