We unified behind a common purpose, and built a great brand founded on a vision to be the people’s champion. There is no doubt that we lost much of this passion in the last 3 years as the goals became driven by cold hard numbers.
You will be glad to know there is new energy in the corridors of Privateproperty.co.za and as you probably know I have stepped back into the role as CEO. The business is very different to where it was in the early days but there was one thing bubbling just below the surface, and we unlocked it again. Our WHY.
We will continue to innovate and lead with new ideas and systems that will help buyers and tenants find what they want faster, easier and simpler only now we will work together much closer with our Real Estate customers in partnership so we can understand better how we can help you to match your seller with a buyer, tenant with landlord. We will relax many of the business rules that frustrated you but added no value, and you will see a simpler product suite. You see we may be an internet platform, but we are really about matching people.
This is a simple business. Over the last 12 months we grew the amount of leads we sent to advertisers by more than 100%, and had the most browsers on our website than any other website. Not only do we generate far more leads per property than any other form of advertising but we generate the best quality leads, to save you time and money. And this is what we have taken up the challenge to do even better.
