Brettenwood wins top African award

Spotlight-BrettenwoodBrettenwood Coastal Estate is among the winning companies of the prestigious African Property Awards, part of the long established International Property Awards, in association with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

Brettenwood competed against a number of developments in the region to receive this recognition, and its developers are looking forward to the awards ceremony, to be held in Dubai in December. Attaining one of these coveted awards is indisputable evidence that Brettenwood Coastal Estate is capable of outperforming some exceedingly strong contenders within the highly competitive African property arena.

Adam Watson, Managing Director of the Hulett Development Company, Brettenwood’s developer, says, “We are absolutely thrilled that Brettenwood Coastal Estate has been recognised internationally; it reaffirms our belief that it is the leading residential estate in South Africa.”

Building upon the success of business events first added to the 2012 award ceremonies, the International Property Awards will also host a Property Awards Summit in December. A number of professional networking events including seminars, discussion tables and an exhibition will be attended by presidents, CEOs, managing directors, chairpersons, and other decision makers.

The event presents an ideal opportunity to make connections and generate new business and is open to all industry related companies and suppliers in addition to award participants.
