Meet the Private Property team

markI’m sure you know Mark Coetzee, our Chief Sales Officer – especially if you play golf, as that’s what he’d always rather be doing. Except when he’s supporting the Sharks. But in the time that he’s in the office, Mark manages our national sales team of around 30-odd people.

Not all of them are odd though. The perfectly normal and lovely Elaine and Sheena manage his diary, days, contracts, admin and hundreds of other things. Here’s a little more about them:

Elaine is a four-foot-tall powerhouse – or a formidable four-and-a-half feet in her stilettos! Mom to Zach, who’s two, she likens herself to a lioness: strong, courageous, bold, fearless and confident, yet nurturing, protective and loving towards her “cub”. She started off in our support centre and “must have done something right” to have been promoted. Elaine says she loves being challenged by people who know more than she does.

Sheena – a qualified attorney – liaises with our sales teams and captures all their contracts. She prefers our vibey fun environment to a formal legal office. No surprise there! Sheena is a “surfer babe” who loves the ocean. When she’s not near the beach, she’s in the gym, her garden, or the closest shoe shop. She says she loves working with Mark as he’s “such an approachable, understanding, nice boss”. Hmmm.
