We’re top of the log!

A recent independent survey of 400 consumers puts Private Property firmly ahead of its competitors in 13 of 14 categories.

Our highest scores are in terms of the information we publish (where 58% of respondents voted us tops) and ease of use (60%). Following closely, with 50% of respondents vouching for us, is the good reputation of which we are so proud.

According to this Columinate survey, our website is also more organised, up to date and comprehensive than others.

We also scored well as far as media visibility goes – testament to the ongoing efforts of our marketing team to boost our public image. This year, we invested heavily into radio advertising across the country and also partnered with Top Billing to bring consumers the most valuable prize ever given away in the whole of Africa, a R5-million lifestyle.

What all this means for you as our valued agents, is that we are constantly working to attract more browsers to our site and then keep them happy by giving them the information they need. When they’re well informed, they are enabled to make the best decisions about the biggest investment they’ll ever make. And simply put, this process results in more quality leads for you. It’s a win-win situation!
