Woodhill has the best security systems including a 24-hour control room residents can contact, and alarm systems connected to the control room and gates. Two main security companies patrol the estate 24 hours a day and security guards at gates are strict. The lifestyle is relaxed and residents can walk, run or cycle in the suburb feeling safe. Children can safely walk or ride bicycles or golf carts to or from Woodhill College.
