Then there's the Neverland Valley Fire Department firehouse (that was once staffed by real firefighters) railway tracks and a train station. Alas, the zoo and the amusement park rides that once graced the property have all been removed.

The country estate in Sussex is on the market for nearly £5-million. The large four storey mansion has six bedrooms, five full and three half bathrooms. There's a guest house in the garden and the wooded sunken garden with interconnected stream-fed ponds is a great selling point.
