The firm focuses on conveyancing (property transfers), and deceased estates. It is a small firm, yet great in its personal service and accomplishments. Our motto "Integrity and Efficiency" is truly a reflection of our approach and work ethics. Our conveyancers, Johann Grobler and Romana Blignaut have many years of experience in the field of property law and conveyancing. Johann Grobler qualified as a conveyancer in 1980. In recent years he served on the Law Society's panel of mentorship conveyancers that assist attorneys in preparing for the conveyancing examinations. His legal articles have been published in newspapers and he has been interviewed on radio and television concerning legal issues. In 2013 he was presented a Certificate of Recognition for 35 years of service to the attorneys' profession.

Johann also holds a Master's degree in Theology. He is a nature lover and does casual mountain biking for exercise and clearing the mind. Apart from the personal touch and us striving to fulfil our motto, we can offer you the extra's as set out on the attached letter.

You may also access a progress report on your matter on the internet at any time.

• THE CONVEYANCER COMES TO YOU

For the convenience of the Seller, the conveyancer will be prepared to come to your office or home for the signing of documents, provided it is within a radius of 40km of our offices.

• ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATES

We will carry the basic costs of our designated electrician for issuing the electrical compliance certificate (costs for repairing defects excluded).
