A new premium industrial development is coming to Riverfields in Glen Marais, with occupation scheduled to commence in the last quarter of 2026. The facility will offer a substantial total floor area of 17,273m2, comprising a 15,864m2 warehouse, 1,280m2 of modern office space, and 129m2 of dedicated warehouse support facilities. This state-of-the-art development is designed to accommodate large-scale logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations within one of the East Rands fastest-growing industrial precincts.

The warehouse will feature an FM2 floor with a 12m clear spring height, providing excellent racking capacity and operational efficiency. The facility will include both dock and on-grade access, office and staff ablution facilities, and integrated fire protection with smoke control systems.
