THE IMPROVEMENTS ERF 2:

THE IMPROVEMENTS ERF 12:

With access from the front of the macadamised parking area, the office building is comprised,

on the Ground Level, of a reception area, central walkway leading to a boardroom, fifteen 15

private offices, two 2 storerooms, staff kitchen, staff cloakrooms and a passage walkway

leading to the storage warehouse with separate offices, staff canteen and staff ablution

facilities. A tiled staircase from the central passage walkway leads to the Upper Level

which is comprised of a large entertainment lounge, bar with kitchen, and

glazed aluminium sliding door leading to a covered patio with built-in braai.

Flooring: Reinforced Concrete Slab forming the flooring throughout the warehouse floor

area, with that in the offices being a combination of ceramic floor tile cover and carpeting

Walling: Plastered and painted brick, ceramic wall tiles, inside of IBR wall cladding
