ERA Sun Properties was founded in August 1989 by Penny Lindstrom and Roy Taylor. It has offices in East London, Gonubie & King William’s Town. The firm has grown steadily and now employs 26 people.

We are members of an international franchise ERA which currently has 115 offices in the major centres of South Africa and has international offices in the USA, Japan, Singapore, Guam, Taiwan, Indonesia, Germany, Thailand, Mexico, France, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Brunei, Belgium & England.

ERA Sun Properties is committed to providing a high level of service and continually provides on- going training to ensure that it’s staff are exposed to the latest techniques and are aware of all the relevant developments affecting the property industry, ensuring commitment to the public and being 1st in SERVICE in terms of ERA’s Mission Statement.

In 2011 ERA Sun Properties were the ERA Top Franchise in the Cape Province and three of our Sales Associates achieved recognition and became members of the Premier Club.
