About us

Our corporation established in 2003 is a black woman owned organization and its management boasts with an impressive cumulative experience of 35 years in the real estate and financial services industries.

From humble beginnings and starting off as a small home office, the company known as Grosch Estates has grown its market share consistently in its chosen market segments and now own its own building and its head offices is situated in Kuilsriver, Western Cape, South Africa with branches soon to be opened in the Northern and Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

On 01 May 2008, the business owners, took a strategic decision to accept an offer made by the ERA International Real Estate Group to Co-brand the business. This decision was largely underscored by the Group’s vision to have a national and international footprint in the real estate industry.

After 6 years with the ERA group, we have decided to return to the Grosch brand. Going back to our roots will allow us to raise the level of our game and remain competitive in an ever changing market place.

Our agents are fired up and ready to take Grosch Properties to new heights and as an existing client we are looking forward to sharing the experience with you.

The organization has been actively involved in community projects in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town and actively promotes the development and capacity building of previously disadvantaged communities.
