Landsdowne Investment Properties arose in 2006 under the managing directorship of Jonathan Kohler. A young, highly intelligent / articulate property executive who cut his property teeth working in Gauteng, specifically in the new north areas of Johannesburg, as a sales / development consultant for leading, lifestyle apartment developer Summercon. Here, Jonathan Kohler learnt the intricacies of off plan selling of sectional title multi storey and freestanding sectional title homes and apartments, mainly to investors but also to end- user occupiers. Specifically, Kohler was involved in some 18 different complexes representing about 2500 individual units. A solid career foundation had been laid and a basis for exciting things to come established.
