We commence a marketing campaign that involves the following:

• preparation of a detailed bidders pack

• newspaper release by in house publicist

• formal newspaper advertising

• e-mail campaign to database of over 10 000 subscribers

• formal viewing dates for prospective bidders

Our mandate allows for a post auction period of 45 days, this is to finalise the deal in the event that the bids on the day of the auction are not acceptable.
